GF Coaching™ — Core Coaching

$169.99 USD

BEFORE YOU START

CLEAR ANSWERS. A CONFIDENT NEXT STEP.

Know how your coaching fits into your life before you join.

Is this for me if I am just getting back into training?+

Yes. Your plan starts with your current experience, goals and available equipment. You do not need to arrive with an established routine.

What if my work schedule changes?+

Your initial assessment includes your availability and lifestyle. Share changes in your schedule with your coach so your plan can be adjusted around your circumstances.

Do I need a gym?+

Not necessarily. Your plan considers where you train and the equipment you have available. Include that information in your initial assessment.

What happens after payment?+

You receive a welcome email with instructions to book your initial interview with Gabriel through Google Calendar. The interview is required before your plan is prepared. After both the interview and initial assessment are complete, your personalized plan is delivered in the GF Coaching™ app within 48 business hours.

How often are check-ins, and when will Gabriel reply?+

Check-ins are weekly. You can message Gabriel through the GF Coaching™ app whenever you need support. He responds Monday through Saturday, by the next support day. Messages received on Sundays or public holidays are answered on the next support day. Your progress and feedback guide adjustments to the plan.

Does everyone get the same nutrition plan?+

No. Your meal plan is personalized to your calorie and macro goals, schedule and dietary preferences. Core Coaching includes recipes and tools for logging meals, hydration and habits in the GF Coaching™ app in all three coaching periods.

Do I have to count every calorie?+

We agree on the level of tracking that fits your goals and routine during your initial interview and assessment.

How are the coaching periods paid?+

The 1-month plan costs $169.99. The 3-month plan costs $382.48 (25% off), and the 6-month plan costs $662.96 (35% off). The 3- and 6-month plans are paid in full at the start. Monthly equivalents are for comparison only. These purchases do not include automatic recurring billing.

What payment methods are available?+

Credit and debit cards are available through the online checkout. Cuotas by Punto Pago is arranged through a separate payment link: contact Gabriel before paying to request it. Paying with Cuotas gives you an additional 10% discount, calculated after the coaching-period discount. It is not automatically applied in Shopify checkout. Provider availability and financing conditions apply. Your welcome instructions are sent after payment is confirmed.

What if I need to pause, cancel or request a refund?+

Contact Gabriel to request a pause, cancellation or refund. Each request will be reviewed based on your coaching period, the services provided and the applicable terms. Submitting a request does not mean it is automatically approved. You can ask about the current terms before joining.
